Parmigiani was born in Milan in 1935, he became in young age he was the talent of the painter Mossa. He attended the courses of the Art School of the Castello Sforzesco in Milan, and after he enrolled at the Cimabue Academy in Milan. He attended the Art Institute of Urbino to specialize in graphic art, while remaining a regular visitor to Milan's artistic circles.
He started exhibiting in 1960, continuing with personal exhibitions in Italy and abroad. His works are part of private collections in Italy, Europe and the United States.
