He exhibited his paintings at the XI Biennial in Cairo and at the 54th Venice Biennale, in the Italian Pavilion, the Mafia Museum curated by Vittorio Sgarbi. His works belong to the permanent collection of the Collective Hardware in New York, and have also been exhibited at the Crocetti Museum in Rome and at the Edwin Cerio Foundation in Capri and in Miami Art Basel.

She graduated from the La Sapienza University of Rome at the Faculty of Economics and Commerce cum laude exhibited her first solo exhibition in 2005 at Palazzo Medici Clarelli in Rome. The meeting with the well-known art photographer David LaChapelle meant that the artist was portrayed and collaborated on the creation of the "Deluge", a photo of exceptional art measuring 610 cm by 235 cm.

Flavia Mantovan's works of painting are predominantly human-animal portraits and metamorphoses. The faces of the American and Italian Star System are counted, the series dealing with the faces of the Mafia has been exhibited at the Venice Biennale, at the Arsenal in the Mafia Museum. The series of metamorphoses was put on display at the XI Biennial in Cairo, while the series inspired by the Faces of Popes and people linked to the history of the Church was presented to the public at the Palazzo Maffei Marescotti art gallery, Palazzo del Vicariato in Rome . The video art works were exhibited in Miami Art Basel in the OHWOOW project by Deitch Projects, signed under the pseudonym Eva S. Germain.

Participation in the second edition of the Luxor Symposium in Egypt as an Italian representative allowed her to deepen her studies in Egyptology and to realize a series of paintings on display at the opening of the exhibition season at the Egyptian Academy in Rome.
