Giulio Durini, a Lombard artist born in Milan in 1966.
Descendant of the family of the Counts Durini of Monza, one of the oldest families in Lombardy. He is responsible for the relaunch of the Durini Foundation, of which he has been president since 2001, which is located in the eighteenth-century Palazzo Durini. It was founded in 1939 by Count Antonio Durini, son of the painter Giulio Durini, an important figure of the Milanese artistic culture of the nineteenth century. He has been for some years the official portraitist of the Senate of the Republic.
